Hezbollah Conducts Extensive Rocket, Drone Attacks on Israeli Targets

(MENAFN) The Lebanese group Hezbollah on Wednesday said it carried out a total of 51 attacks employing rockets, drones, and artillery aimed at Israeli settlements, military bases, troop gatherings, forces, and vehicles.

The group described the operations as conducted "in defense of Lebanon and its people" amid continuing Israeli assaults on the country since March 2, according to reports.

Hezbollah’s rocket fire reportedly caused significant damage to buildings and vehicles in the northern Israeli settlement of Kiryat Shmona. Videos circulated by local media outlets showed smoke rising from the affected areas.

As stated by reports, Israeli media noted that “direct damage was inflicted on a building in Kiryat Shmona following rocket fire from Lebanon.”
